I’m delighted to be marketing a new listing in the coveted $350,000 to $450,000 range in Wallingford-Swarthmore school district!  As you may be aware, this price range has had particularly low inventory and high buyer traffic this year.

I’ve already tweeted that my mystery listing has five bedrooms, two and a half baths and a family room and is located in Wallingford.
