Kitchen – notice how the fridge is just past the original back wall of the house. It’s a bit unusual.

Breakfast room, open to the kitchen on one side and to the family room on the right. There is also a door to the yard on the left.

Kitchen again, this time the view from the breakfast room through the kitchen and into the dining room

Detail on the subway tile backsplash, granite counter top, under mount stainless steel sink, and electric range

This is the first floor bedroom – it’s located between the living room and family room, so it only has a window on the side – making it a little dark

The second floor bath – note that the crazy color is paint, which is easy to change – otherwise it is a neutral, stylish bath

The hardwood in both upstairs bedrooms could use a fresh coat of poly. This is a huge room though, with 4 closets!

Another view of the second upstairs bedroom (with the other two closets flanking a window overlooking the backyard)

One side of the finished basement (it didn’t look or smell wet – likely because they have a french drain and sump pump system)

The other side of the finished basement (behind the closet doors are the washer and dryer and the electrical panel)

I went out the front door, walked down to the front curb, and took this picture looking north toward the old elementary school. It isn’t visible from the curb here but you may be able to see a stop sign at the next intersection.

An attempt from the far north corner of the front yard to show you the stop sign. CADES property begins across that street, behind the stop sign!
